Meet Our Team

Chase Rudd
With an undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi and a juris doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law, Chase set his eyes on Nashville, Tennessee and its growing economy. While Mr. Rudd enjoys handling family and criminal matters, he has a certificate in his primary area of enjoyment: business and contractual law.
Mr. Rudd has recently begun taking on corporate clients in complex litigation disputes with monetary values well into the seven-figures, and interesting legal disputes involving breach of contract.
Mr. Rudd has had the privilege of being retained to review and/or litigate contracts involving Major League Baseball, country music hit songs with multiple writers, and major land disputes.
When not working, Mr. Rudd enjoys long weekends in Oxford, Mississippi where he can share his love for Ole Miss with his wife and two daughters.

Abigail Luhring
Abigail Luhring obtained her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, where she majored in business administration with a focus in finance while being employed by The Ohio State University athletics program. She went on to attend the University of Toledo College of Law, developing expertise in contracts and arbitration litigation.
Abigail has extensive experience negotiating, drafting, and reviewing multi-million-dollar contracts and has handled a broad range of legal matters. In criminal law, she has represented clients in a number of serious and complex cases, advocating for their rights and navigating the court system to achieve favorable outcomes. During her time at Rudd Law Offices, she has assisted Mr. Rudd in a first-degree murder case which was ultimately dismissed pretrial and has individually handled numerous felony reductions and dismissals. In family law, she has guided clients through high-stakes issues such as divorce, custody, and parenting plans, providing practical, strategic counsel tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. She is a licensed attorney in both Ohio and Tennessee.
Abigail is a licensed NFL Agent, fully authorized to represent professional athletes in all respects of their careers, including contract negotiations, endoresement deals, marketing opportunities, and career planning. She has the knowledge and authority to guide clients through complex professional and business decisions, helping them maximize both their career and personal brand.
Outside of work, Abigail enjoys traveling, exercising, reading, and cheering on Ohio State athletics.

Hannah Shanley
Hannah earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Georgia, where she developed a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and decision-making—skills that continue to inform her approach to client representation. She went on to attend Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida, where she earned her Juris Doctor and received a Certificate of Litigation.
During law school, Hannah gained valuable courtroom and advocacy experience through her participation in the Juvenile Defense Clinic and her school’s Trial Team. These opportunities allowed her to develop practical litigation skills while working directly with clients on extensive and severe criminal cases.
Throughout her legal career, Hannah has worked extensively in the field of criminal law, representing clients facing serious and complex charges. She has also built significant experience in family law and business litigation, helping individuals and businesses navigate difficult legal disputes with clarity and confidence. Hannah is committed to providing strategic, client-focused representation and believes that strong advocacy begins with truly understanding each client’s circumstances and goals.
Outside of her legal practice, Hannah maintains a very active lifestyle by training for different events such as Hyrox and bodybuilding competitions. She also enjoys spending time at the beach, exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, and traveling to new destinations whenever she can.
